Therapy delivered by qualified hands

Each beneficiary of SHRFPAK begins with a structured functional assessment carried out by a qualified physiotherapist. From that assessment we build an individual rehabilitation plan with measurable objectives — range of motion, muscular strength, postural control, gait quality and daily independence. Plans are reviewed at fixed intervals and adjusted with the beneficiary and, where relevant, their family.

Our therapy rooms in Tirana are equipped for manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance and gait re-education, and post-operative recovery support. Sessions for persons in financial hardship are subsidised by the association.

Building the next generation of rehabilitation professionals

Alongside direct care, SHRFPAK runs certified practical training for physiotherapy students, nurses and community caregivers. Participants learn assessment protocols, safe manual handling, therapeutic exercise progression and disability-sensitive communication, then support supervised sessions with real beneficiaries.

This is how a small association multiplies its effect: every trained practitioner carries accessible, dignified rehabilitation practice into clinics and communities across Albania.
